Mr. Lee Tiong
Sa 李长沙

Mr Lee Tiong Sa was the Secretary-General of
the Asean Alliance of Traditional Medicine Industries
(AATMI) for the period of 2008-2009. He was
the Acting Chairman of the Singapore TCM Organisations
Committee since 1995-2005. Thereafter he took
up the chairmanship till February 2010. He served
as President of the Singapore Chinese Medicines
& Health Products Merchant Association for
the period of 2005-2008. After relinquishing
his presidency, he was appointed as “Ex-President”.
In 2004, he has been invited by Health Sciences
Authority - Ministry Of Health as a member of
Chinese Proprietary Medicines Advisory Committee(CPMAC).
He had co-founded Singapore TCM College and
elected/remained as Chairman of the Board. Mr
Lee is also currently the Chairman of Hygeian
Medical Supplies Pte Ltd. His consultative role
is to oversee the strategic direction of the
company.
李长沙先生于2008-2009担任亚细安传统药业同盟
（AATMI）秘书长，自1995年担任新加坡中药团体联合委员会代主席，2005年至2010年二月间二正式担任主席至今。从2004年八月起受邀成为卫生科学局属下，中药咨询委员会委员，至今已连任三届共6年。他于2001年与中药团体联合委员会其他委员，联手创办新加坡中药学院并被选为董事会与教务委员会主席至今。他在新加坡中国医药保健品商会连续两届（4年）被选为会长，去年退任时受邀担任“前任会长”一职。
李先生从事中成药、医疗器械及医用敷料业务长达37年。他是保 健有限公司联办人，目前担任公司主席，负责公司的长期发展策略。

Ms. Karol Tong
Ka Hung 唐加虹

Karol Tong is the Vice Chairman of the
organising committee for TMExpo 2010. She is
also the General Manager of Tai Tong Ah Co Pte
Ltd, the manufacturer of high quality Traditional
Medicines under the “DOUBLE PRAWN” brand for
more than 50 years. Since assuming the post
in September 2005, she has systematically restructured
the business and manufacturing processes of
the company for better efficiency and effectiveness.
In 2007, she managed the relocation of the manufacturing
plant to the current location, redesigned the
manufacturing process and was instrumental in
securing the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
certification for the plant in less than a year.
Prior to joining Tai Tong Ah, Tong held various
senior management positions with Singapore’s
national water agency, the Public Utilities
Board.
唐加虹女士是新加坡大东亚私人有限公司的总经理，兼任TMExpo
2010大会主委会的副主席。大东亚私人有限公司是新加坡著名中成药制造商，具有50多年历史，其下拥有“双虾商标”系列产品。唐女士于2005年9月加盟大东亚私人公司，在其创新有效的管理下，该公司实现了飞跃性的发展。短短4年内，唐女士组织兴建了获新加坡卫生科学局GMP认证的新生产厂房和生产线，不仅实现了自动化生产并大大提升了产品的制造能力；与此同时，公司的销售业绩也实现了巨大的增长，开拓了不少国际市场。

Ms. Mary Chong 张秀芬

Mary Chong graduated from the National University
of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree
(majoring in Biology) in 1989 and spent the next
10 years in manufacturing and publishing before
joining the family business, China Tangshan in
1997. Since taking the helm, Mary has played an
integral role in expanding and modernizing China
Tangshan’s operations to meet the stricter regulatory
requirements implemented by the Ministry of Health.
Her efforts have also resulted in China Tangshan
being one of a few companies to receive GMP certification
from the Health Sciences Authority in 2003.
1989年取得新加坡国立大学理学士（主修生物）学位。离开大学后，即服务于制造业及出版社近10年。1997年加入中药生产的家族生意--中国唐山中药制药公司，从此，她悉心全力地拓展中国唐山中药制药公司的业务，并引导它走向现代化，适应卫生部的规范要求。在她的努力下，公司于2003年成为少数取得新加坡卫生科学局颁发GMP证书的中药厂家之一。

Mr. Koo Chee Kai
顾志佳

Koo Chee Kai graduated from the Nanyang Technological
University in Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering
(Honours) degree and worked for a government related
organisation in a project management capacity
thereafter. He subsequently joined the TCM industry
and is currently Director of Kim Sin Medicine
Manufacturing Pte Ltd, a contract manufacturer
cum packager for TCM products. He is also Vice-President
of The Medicine Manufacturing Association of Singapore
and Director of the TCM College.
顾志佳先生，新加坡南洋理工大学荣誉工程学士。毕业后曾任职于政府部门，担任项目行政工作。后转入中药行业，目前是锦新制药有限公司董事。锦新制药有限公司是一家中成药委托加工及包装厂。他同时也是新加坡制药厂商公会副主席及新加坡中药学院董事。

Mr. Liu Wu Jing 刘五经

Born in Malaysia, Mr Liu Wu Jing has more than
40 years’ experience in the Traditional Chinese
Medicine industry. He is currently the Managing
Director of Science Arts Co and also holds various
other positions including Acting President of
the Singapore Chinese Druggist Association, Director
of the Singapore TCM College Singapore, and Deputy
Chief of General Affairs at The Medicine Manufacturing
Association of Singapore. He is also a member
of the Singapore TCM Organisations Committee.
生于马来西亚，刘先生从事传统中药事业已历四十载。目前，刘先生是科艺私人有限公司的董事主席，同时兼任以下公职：新加坡中药公会新任主席、中药学院董事、新加坡制药厂商公会副总务以及新加坡中药团体联合委员会委员。

Mr. Ong Boo Gong 王武昂医师

Drawing inspiration from his father, who was a
famous Chinese Physician in Singapore and founder
of Wah Tai Medical Hall, Mr Ong took over his
father’s clinic in 1973. In 1986, Mr Ong was elected
as the Chairman of the Singapore Chinese Medical
Union. In 1996, he was appointed by Minister for
Health as a member of the Chinese Proprietary
Medicine Advisory Committee and served for five
terms (July 1996 - August 2010). In 2001, he was
also appointed by the Minister of Health as a
member of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners
Board for three years (February 2001 – February
2004). At present, Mr Ong is the Secretary General
of the Singapore Traditional Chinese Medicine
Organization Coordinating Committee. He is also
one of the Advisors of the Specialist Traditional
Chinese Medicine Centre.
王医师成长于中医世家，父亲是二次世界大战前后的新加坡中医名家王爱华医师。1973年继承父亲诊所—华大（中医）药房业务。1986年，王医师被选为新加坡中医中药联合会主席，1996年被卫生部委为中药咨询委员会委员，至今连任五届（1996七月至2010年八月）。2001年，王医师被委任为中医管理委员会委员，历时三年（2001年二月至2004年二月）。目前，王医师担任新加坡中医团体协调委员会秘书长，同时，兼任专科中医院的顾问。

Mr. David S. C.
Tang 鄧尚正

David represents STOC as the rotated Chairman
of Asean Alliance of Traditional Medicine Industry
(AATMI), and he is the Chairman of the Singapore
TCM Organisations Committee as well as Chairman
of Singapore Chinese Drug Importers & Exporters
Guild. After graduating from the University of
Wisconsin, USA, David worked in Canada for six
years before returning to Singapore to take over
the helm as Managing Director of Yat Ming Medicine
Pte Ltd.
邓尚正先生是亚细安传统药业同盟的轮值主席，新加坡中药团体联合委员会主席。他同时也是新加坡中药出入口商公会主席。在美国威京申大学(University
of Wisconsin）毕业后曾在加拿大工作六年，返新后一直担任一鸣药行私人有限公司董事经理。

Mr. Tong Yen Tien

Mr Tong is the current Chairman of the Singapore
Chinese Medicines And Health Products Merchant
Association and plays a key role in the Singapore
TCM Organisations Committee. He is also the Managing
Director of Tong Jum Chew Pte Ltd, a GMP certified
manufacturer of Traditional Chinese medicine and
Health Products.
鍾先生为现任新加坡中国医药保健品商会会长，同时也是中药团体联合委员会的主要成员。鍾先生在锺炎洲私人有限公司担任董事经理，该公司为一家拥有GMP生产证书的中成药及保健品生产厂家。

Professor Zhu Wenjun
朱文骏

Professor Zhu moved to Singapore in 1994 and took
on a managerial position in the natural herbs
and research department at 新加坡新化制药公司.
In 2002, Professor Zhu became a Professor at the
TCM College Singapore and took on advisory roles
in the Ministry of Health, Singapore. Five years
later, Professor Zhu was promoted to Dean at the
TCM College Singapore and is currently a manager
at All Link Medical & Health Products Pte
Ltd.
朱教授，药学硕士。新加坡卫生科学局中药咨询专家；新加坡中药学院院长；新加坡全连医药保健有限公司产品经理；新加坡中国医药保健品商会药物主任。曾任中国南京中医药大学讲师，新加坡卫生部中成药咨询委员会委员。
